Icebreakers, the monthly networking group for technology companies, will resume meeting in September after a summer hiatus.

This months event will present Mike Gentile of Crane who will kick off this event by speaking about Crane's Economic Diversification Study.

The Indiana Economic Develoment Corporation awarded Crane a contract to do a diversification study for the Crane region. The (IP) has identified five diversification strategies: and a number of specific develpoment approaches for each strategy.

1. Leveraging NSA Crane's Capabilities

2. Grow goverment contractors into Non-defense roles

3. Grow current Non-defense clusters

4. Develop Homeland Security (HS) Businesses

5. Regional Resource Development
